This ferry will carry the passengers as well as motor vechicles from Penang Island to Mainland Butterworth and vice versa. When you are on board, guess you will enjoy the scenery view.
The first known burial at the Christian cemetery took place in 1789. Captain Francis Light was buried here and so were several early governors of colonial Penang. The wall was built and Anglican cemetery consecrated around 1818. The cemetery was closed to further burials towards the end of the 19th century.
This colorful fountain creates joy for some kids. It does not like the normal fountain that produces a jet of water from middle of the pool. There is no pool but the water ejects from the floor.
